Timing chain tensioner issues on some pre-2011 motors, stator and regulator failures on older DF150/DF175, water pump impeller failure after winter storage, throttle-by-wire harness faults on newer drive-by-wire motors, and general fuel injector buildup on Lean Burn Control motors.
Yes. The pre-2011 timing chain tensioner issue is a known Suzuki weak point and we have experience with diagnosis and replacement on DF70A, DF80A, DF90A, DF100A, DF115A, and DF140A models.
