Failed water pump impellers (especially after winter storage), trim/tilt hydraulic failures, fuel injector or carburetor issues from ethanol-blended fuel sitting over winter, spark plug fouling, powerhead overheating, and lower unit seal failures. Cold-climate storage is hard on outboards.
